CirTran's Diverse Media Group to Manufacture and Market New
‘Hot Lashes' Product Line for Sold-on-TV and Retail
SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 15, 2006 – CirTran Corporation (OTC BB: CIRT), an international full-service contract manufacturer, marketer and distributor of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, said today that its Diverse Media Group (DMG) subsidiary has signed an exclusive licensing, manufacturing and marketing agreement with Beautiful Eyes®, Inc., of Malibu, California, for a new “hot lashes” product which it will bring to the sold-on-TV and retail marketplaces.
Under the terms of the agreement, DMG will have access to the patented technology developed by Beautiful Eyes and its founder, former model Alexandra Roberts, and the designs, technical drawings, manufacturing specifications and know-how, trade secrets and other proprietary information and technology. DMG will develop a new product for sale through TV infomercials and at mass retail, which it will market through its personal and healthcare products division.

Saliba, president of DMG and executive vice president for worldwide business development of its CirTran parent company. “This agreement allows DMG and CirTran to utilize our considerable expertise in direct marketing, particularly in personal and healthcare, including producing a new TV infomercial for the hot lashes product. And it brings to DMG and CirTran a very popular and exciting product concept from Beautiful Eyes and Alexandra. Roberts, which we believe will be immediately popular in the U.S. , Canada , and wherever women want to make themselves even more attractive.”
He said that when design specifications are completed and the working prototype gains all needed approvals, the new hot lashes product will be manufactured by CirTran at its off-shore facilities in China , “where the company has built a reputation for building high quality products for the sold-on-TV marketplace and for major retail outlets,” Mr. Saliba said.
Alexandra Roberts, the former top international model who conceived and developed the hot lashes concept and who founded and heads Beautiful Eyes, said she was "very excited to have entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with DMG for our products.
