CirTran's Racore Subsidiary Gets First Order from Lear Siegler Services

SALT LAKE CITY, November 14, 2006 – CirTran Corporation (OTC BB: CIRT), an international full-service contract manufacturer, marketer and distributor of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, said today that its Racore Technology subsidiary has received and processed its first order from Lear Siegler Services, Inc., of San Antonio, and that Lear Siegler has opened an account to facilitate ordering and processing add-on business.

A major provider of operations, maintenance, modification, overhaul, systems integration, logistics support and training services to government agencies and commercial customers in the U.S. and abroad, Lear Siegler's first order was for 100 Racore 8192 100FX 100 Mbps Fiber Optic PCI Fast Ethernet Network Adapters with ST Fiber Connectors.

The Racore 8192 is a high-performance network interface card with standard ST fiber connectors and true plug-and-play design to speed and ease installation. The built-in fiber optic technology in the 8192 provides security, reliability, durability, data integrity, wider bandwidth and extended cable distances. The cards support many popular operating systems, including Windows ® XP, NetWare ® and IBM LAN Server, and have security clearances from multiple federal law enforcement and service agencies.
