CirTran to Reintroduce Popular Ceramic Pro Flat Iron on TV
With Infomercials Airing from Coast-to-Coast Starting Tomorrow
SALT LAKE CITY, May 18, 2007 – The True Ceramic Pro™ flat iron – used around the world and one of the most popular products ever sold on TV – will make its return via infomercial this weekend, reintroduced by CirTran Corporation (OTC BB: CIRT), its owner, manufacturer and marketer.
Infomercials featuring the True Ceramic Pro will air in the six top markets – New York City , Los Angeles , Chicago , Philadelphia , Boston and San Francisco – and in 23 other major media markets including Baltimore , Denver , Detroit , Houston , Indianapolis , Las Vegas , Miami , Minneapolis-St. Paul, New Orleans , Orlando , Phoenix , Salt Lake City , San Antonio , St. Louis , and Washington , D.C. , starting tomorrow. The 30-minute True Ceramic Pro infomercial will be seen on over-the-air stations, including ABC and Fox affiliates, as well as on popular independent and cable stations, and will include all new offers for viewers. CirTran, the manufacturer of the True Ceramic Pro since March of 2005, acquired all rights to the popular hair care appliance and accessory kit from Advanced Beauty Solutions, LLC (ABS) of Los Angeles for a total of $2.3 million nearly a year ago. “Now, for the first time,” said CirTran Founder, President and CEO Iehab J. Hawatmeh, “the CirTran name will be seen on TV as part of the presentation of the infomercials.”
CirTran Sees Increase in Sales and Higher Margins on Product
Mr. Hawatmeh said that CirTran “anticipates significantly improved margins on the reintroduction of the True Ceramic Pro as we control the entire process, from manufacturing to marketing to fulfillment.”
Mr. Hawatmeh said CirTran plans to introduce the True Ceramic Pro as a retail item later in the year, “with the belief that its name brand recognition will be further enhanced by its reintroduction on TV, helping create pull-through for the product line in stores.”
