CirTran Corporation's Iehab J. Hawatmeh Again Nominated in 19 th Annual ‘Entrepreneur of the Year' Awards Program
SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 18, 2004 – CirTran Corporation (OTC BB: CIRT) announced today that Iehab J. Hawatmeh, its founder, president and CEO, has once again been nominated in the 19 th annual Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year ® program. “Iehab Hawatmeh has done a tremendous job of turning his company around despite almost insurmountable odds in an extremely competitive business,” said Robert Houk, CFM, of Merrill Lynch in Salt Lake City , in his nomination of the CirTran president. CirTran Corporation, an international full-service contract manufacturer of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, recently announced that it will report “dramatic increases” in its fourth quarter and year-end results for fiscal 2004 when it files its 10-KSB in March. Mr. Hawatmeh said CirTran plans to report sales of $3,640,225 for the quarter ended December 31, 2004, as compared to $261,215 for the same period in 2003, an increase of 1,395%, and that for the year ending December 31, 2004, CirTran plans to report sales of $8,870,599, as compared to $1,215,245 for 2003, an increase of 730%. ‘Pride and Humility' “When I was nominated for this prestigious award sponsored by Ernst & Young a year ago, I was very proud,” said Mr. Hawatmeh. “Now, receiving two nominations in a row is even more special.
