Iehab J. Hawatmeh, MBA - Chairman, President & CEO
Mr. Hawatmeh founded CirTran Corporation in 1993 and has been its Chairman, President and CEO since its inception. He oversees all daily operations including financial, technical, operational and sales functions for the company. Under Mr. Hawatmeh's direction, the company has seen its annual sales exceed $20 million, its employment exceed 360 and completed two strategic acquisitions. Prior to forming the company, Mr. Hawatmeh was the Process Engineering Manager for Tandy Corporation overseeing the company's entire contract manufacturing printed circuit board assembly division. In addition, Mr. Hawatmeh was responsible for developing and implementing Tandy's facility Quality Control and Processing Plan model which is used by CirTran today. Mr. Hawatmeh received his Master's of Business Administration from University of Phoenix and his Bachelor's of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University.
Fadi Nora - Board Member
Mr. Nora began his financial industry career in 1987 when he joined Prudential Insurance Services and its affiliated securities brokerage firm, Pru-Bach, as a district sales manager. There, he developed and formulated innovative marketing plans, managed multi-million dollar portfolios, and received several corporate awards, including ranking in the top 1% among the company’s more than 45,000 sales professionals worldwide.
In 1992, Mr. Nora started a private consulting group, working with businesses in the U.S. and abroad, developing and implementing business plans for entrepreneurial endeavors. He also served as an associate managing director for Etcetera, a subsidiary of the London-based advertising agency, Saatchi & Saatchi, and has been successful in many different business forums, including insurance, financial services, securities and stock trading, as well as the automotive, food and music industries.
Mr. Nora earned an MBA, with a Masters in Management, from the School of Business at Azusa Pacific University in California, and a B. S. in Business Administration from St. Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. He also has a degree in financial planning from UCLA.
Senior Management
Shaher Hawatmeh - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Shaher Hawatmeh joined the company in 1993 as its Controller shortly after its founding. Today, Mr. Hawatmeh directly oversees all daily manufacturing, production, customer service, budgeting and forecasting for the company. Following the companies acquisition of Pro Cable Manufacturing in 1996, Mr. Hawatmeh directly managed the entire company, supervising all operations for approximately two years and successfully oversaw the integration of this new division into the company. Prior to joining CirTran, Mr. Hawatmeh worked for the Utah State Tax Commission. Mr. Hawatmeh earned his Master's of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Phoenix and his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Accounting.
David L. Harmon - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Harmon served as SEC Manager for Investools Inc. of Salt Lake City. Previously, he held Controller, Treasurer and CFO positions with Utah-based UCN, Inc., Traco Manufacturing, Inc., and Gentner Communications Corporation. He also spent nine years with two CPA firms in the Salt Lake City area. Mr. Harmon earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.
James Snow - Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, CirTran Corporation
President, Racore Technology Corporation
Mr. Snow is the Vice President of Engineering and Product Development for CirTran Corporation and also President of Racore Technology Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Mr. Snow directly oversees contract engineering projects for CirTran, and the design, planning and management of Racore's Network products and provides network consulting services to clients. Mr. Snow held the position of Director of Forward Planning and Project Engineering for Philips Telecommunications and Data Systems (a Division of N. V. Philips) from 1982 - 1992. In addition he was a Principle Engineer for Digital Equipment Corp. from 1992 - 1994. Mr. Snow studied Electrical Engineering at Brigham Young University and Business Management at Brookhaven College.
Glen R. Tanner - Vice President, Sales and Marketing – Retail
Glen R. Tanner is vice president, sales and marketing-retail for CirTran Corporation responsible for representing the company’s products and placing them with major retailers in the U.S. and worldwide.
Mr. Tanner came to CirTran in the fall of 2007, bringing a track record of having successfully negotiated vendor agreement terms on national accounts with such leading retailers as Wal-Mart®, Staples®, Office Depot®, OfficeMax®, Target®, CompUSA, RadioShack®, Best Buy®, Circuit City®, Frys Electronics®, K-Mart®, Sears® and Fred Meyer/Kroger. Mr. Tanner has also successfully established international distribution outlets in Europe, South America and Australia.
Prior to joining CirTran, Mr. Tanner served as a senior executive for two marketing-oriented Salt Lake City area based companies for more than two decades.
From 1991 until coming to CirTran, Mr. Tanner was vice president of sales for Handstands, a leading manufacturer and marketer of computer and consumer electronics products sold around the world. Previously, starting in 1985, he was vice president of sales and marketing for Cenna Technology, Inc.
Mr. Tanner holds a Bachelors degree in Communications which he earned at Brigham Young University.
